Templeton Gap is nicely located among many residential and commercial neighborhoods and The Ridgeview Marketplace right to the east. To the south, you can find restaurants, medical centers, parks, and storage units.

Because the surrounding area is zoned as city, they are happy to have ROI working to annex and rezone the land of this project from the county to the city, allowing for greater unity and continuity in the neighborhood. Exact plans are in discussion and drafting stages, but we intend to put a beautiful single family residential community on this land, fresh with a park and clubhouse to add to the surrounding neighborhoods.
